Genesis 21:1

וַֽיהוָ֛ה

Yᵉhôvâh

and — (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jeho-vah, Jewish national name of God פָּקַ֥ד

to visit (with friendly or hostile intent); by analogy, to oversee, muster, charge, care for, miss, deposit, etc. אֶת

Sârâh

Sarah, Abraham's wife כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר

ʼăsher

like/as — who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc. אָמָ֑ר

ʼâmar

to say (used with great latitude) וַיַּ֧עַשׂ

ʻâsâh

and — to do or make, in the broadest sense and widest application יְהוָ֛ה
