Deuteronomy 31:1

וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ

properly, the whole; hence, all, any or every (in the singular only, but often in a plural sense) יִשְׂרָאֵֽל

Yisrâʼêl

he will rule as God; Jisraël, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity
