Ephesians 5:14 weaves this same command - "Arise, shine" - into its wake-up call quotation.

Matthew 5:14 applies this same light-source-for-the-nations image directly to Jesus's own followers: "You are the light of the world."

Acts 26:23 names this same light-to-the-nations hope as being fulfilled exactly as the prophets described.
